Editorial Schedule

Ancient Archeology Magazine is a new electronic publication currently seeking submissions from academic professionals and graduate students on a variety of subjects in the field. We cover primarily ancient and prehistoric cultures, as well as historical archeology.

Our editorial focus comprises a melding of archeology, cultural and physical anthropology, myth and legend. Additionally, we also handle controversial material side-by-side with mainstream, scholarly response.

The deadline for submissions appearing is generally the first of the month that precedes the issue month. For further information, please contact

Submission Guidelines:

We accept well-written documents that are thoroughly researched and that are thought-provoking and original. No dry academic pieces or controversial material that deals with what is more commonly referred to as “fringe,” including UFOs, bigfoot or paranormal phenomena. All submissions must be scientific in nature, firmly grounded in archeology, and related to the topics mentioned above. All submissions will be reviewed, but authors should be prepared to publish in a magazine that will  discuss and critically assess many controversial topics.
